Refund Policy
Order Cancellation and Modification
We process orders promptly, and cancellations are only possible before the item is shipped. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- If the product does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days, excluding processing time).
- If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement. We will process your request within 24 hours (on weekdays).
To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following details when requesting a refund or exchange:
- Unpacking pictures and videos of defective products.
- Your order number and full name.
For exchanges, customers are not responsible for the shipping fees. If the exchange is due to a change in purchasing decision, please be aware of the following:
- Return requests should be sent to service@saviorstourstore.com.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are determined by the chosen carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from product delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and all parts.
- Returns must be sent with postpaid shipping.
- If you are returning an item due to sizing issues, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
Please note, a processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted for order cancellations.
We do not offer refunds or reshipments in the following cases:
- The order does not arrive due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
- Delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters).
- Incorrect size selected for products such as shoes, hoodies, t-shirts, or sweatshirts.
- Electronic items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen.
Return Policy
To request a return, please email us at service@saviorstourstore.com. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Returns must be in new, unused condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for the return.
Exchange Policy
- If an item is undelivered due to an error by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- If delivery issues occur due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the replacement costs.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges under certain conditions, including but not limited to:
- Pre-order and custom-made sales.
- Transit orders.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Orders exceeding the return period.
Delivery Failures
In the event of delivery failures, we will promptly contact you. If we do not receive a response, the package may be destroyed, and we will not be held responsible for any loss.

Note on International Shipping
Please be aware that international shipping may incur additional expenses and customs fees. We recommend verifying your cart and shipping details carefully to avoid any unexpected costs related to cancellations or returns.
